I have been juicing for more than 10 years and as result I must tell you that my life, health, skin, immune system and constitution has dramatically improved!
I was diagnosed with stomach ulcers when I was just 18 years old!!! Between the burning pains I lived with and the constant visits to the doctors and hospitals, I felt helpless, isolated and literally broken.
I suffered with ulcers for most of my adulthood. Doctors were unable to help me prevent the attacks. I would always end up just taking prescriptions to minimize the symptoms. Additionally, I suffered from cold sores, and was frequently under the weather.
One of the first things I've noticed since I started juicing in 2008 was how my digestive system stopped hurting... Within just a year of juicing, doctors were surprised, but happy to inform me I had no more ulcers. Since then, juicing has become my way of life!
Not only am I pain-free, but my immune system is stronger than ever and my energy levels have sky rocketed! I no longer suffer from resurgence of colds and cold sores.
